Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the location and carrier and could take a maximum of 7-10 working days for a few destinations.
3. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.
4. International Shipping For international orders, additional customs fees or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us at admin@soam.co,in for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns Products can be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they are used less than 20%, if they are not in the best quality and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items Any items purchased on a sale is non-returnable.
3. Return Process To initiate a return:
- Contact us at admin@soam.co.in with your order details.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. In case of COD orders, the refund can be processed to a UPI ID.
5. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
